1. Who we are
This policy explains how Buyers.Team ("we") processes personal data in connection with the buyers.team website and the app.buyers.team platform. Contact: info@buyers.team.
2. Data we collect
(a) Account data: name, email address, and — where you use Telegram-based verification — your Telegram username and ID. (b) Workspace content: the campaign, account, financial and creative data your team stores in the platform; we process it on your team's behalf to provide the Service. (c) Billing data: subscription status and payment confirmations from our payment processor; we do not collect or store card numbers (payments are made in cryptocurrency via a third-party processor). (d) Technical data: log records, device/browser information and approximate region, used for security and reliability. (e) Waitlist data: email, team size and language you submit when requesting access.
3. How we use data
To provide and secure the Service; to verify access requests; to process subscriptions; to send transactional emails (such as sign-in, invitations and access notifications) from our sending domain; to improve reliability and features; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data in different countries; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
6. Retention
Account and workspace data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after termination, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., billing records). Waitlist entries are kept until access is granted or you ask us to remove them.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit; access to production systems is restricted and role-based; sensitive credentials stored in the platform are protected with additional access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact info@buyers.team and we will respond within a reasonable period. Team members' data inside a workspace is controlled by the team owner; we act on the owner's instructions for such data.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to persons under 18.

We will post updates to this policy on this page and, for material changes, notify you via the Service or email.
