1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between Buyers.Team ("we", "us") and the customer accepting them ("you"). By creating an account or using the platform at app.buyers.team (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the team or legal entity you represent.
2. The Service
Buyers.Team is a software platform for media buying teams: campaign launch management, advertising account organization, tracker integration, reporting and team finance tooling. The Service is a tool that works with assets you own or control — we do not sell advertising accounts, traffic, or media inventory.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials, for the actions of team members you invite, and for keeping your contact information accurate. During the early-access period, access is granted by invitation and may be modified or withdrawn as we scale capacity.
4. Your Assets & Third-Party Platforms
You connect and manage your own advertising accounts, tracking tools, and related credentials. You are solely responsible for your compliance with the terms, policies and laws applicable to any third-party platform you use through or alongside the Service (including Meta platforms and tracking software). Buyers.Team is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or any other advertising platform. We may suspend functionality that we reasonably believe creates legal or platform-policy risk.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on a Team plan at $99/month or $990/year, with a 14-day free trial for new workspaces. Fees are payable in advance through our third-party payment processor (cryptocurrency payments supported). Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
6. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data, creatives and materials you store in the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the Customer Data you upload. We may delete Customer Data 30 days after account termination.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful activity or the promotion of illegal products in the markets you target; attempt to breach, probe or overload the Service; access another customer's workspace; resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent; upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Buyers.Team and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or any particular advertising results. Third-party platforms may change or restrict their services at any time; we are not responsible for their actions, including account restrictions they impose on you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of third-party platforms, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after notice, or immediately for violations of Section 7. Sections 6, 8–12 and 14 survive termination.
14. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established. We may update these Terms with notice via the Service or email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
